“The results of this CPA Study were well received by the NSE Board of Governors, enabling a way forward to be formulated at a time when it was clear that Government Policy on the future delivery of residential care was likely to require substantial change and improvement. The study provided a valuable insight into the kind of approach that would be required and an outline on which it was possible to base subsequent steps. This has now led to the production of a Master Plan for which outline planning consent is shortly to be sought” Anthony Wheatley, Chairman
