  • Liaison with Trust senior managers, commercial organisations, local planning authorities, the Department of Health and others.

  • Outline design proposals for a new education centre and office. Building a new multi storey car park.

  • Review of clinical and non clinical office and support space. Options for solutions.

  • A review of operational costs.

A three-star Trust and Foundation Hospital applicant with a high quality estate. Opportunities for future development are restrained by the lack of site space. Additional capacity on main is site required to support delivery of corporate objectives.
