
An executive estates and facilities professional with extensive health sector knowledge and experience of over 25 years, Cliff is a qualified Architect and Facilities Manager and a former Licensed Quality Assessor. His areas of special interest include estates and property strategic development, capital project management and business cases (for PFI, ProCure21, LIFT or ‘traditional’ procurement) and performance and quality management including benchmarking.
He is:
- a leader in estates and facilities service performance assessments, with a strong analytical capability and a creative design approach.
- a designer and expert facilitator of estates and facilities training packages with a coaching and training expertise.
- an expert in capital management, feasibility studies, design, project management, client liaison, building procurement, construction and scheme evaluations.
- an expert in FM service delivery and process change.
Cliff enjoys various sports and still manages the odd game of rugby, tennis and indoor football. Latterly he has climbed in the Dolomites. He is married with two teenage children, enjoys family travel and the occasional foreign business excursion.
