Design and Project Management

CPA have the skills and experience to deliver a wide range of projects, including project briefing, design development, detailed design, construction management and post-project evaluation. Projects can be as small and varied as a backlog maintenance programme for a PCT or as large as a £5M development on an acute hospital site. We can act as advisors to PFI or LIFT companies, or as client advisors on similar schemes.

Training

The design, organisation and delivery of a range of one-off national events, and seminar series. CPA are able to develop bespoke one-off training events, development programmes for staff or contribute to seminars and conferences.

  • 1999 - The 1st NHS FM conference in the UK, Leicester. In conjunction with HSME and NHS Confederation.

  • 2000 - "Value for Patients" workshop, London. Fifty+ delegates, including NHS and commercial FM, CHC, NAO, Non Executive Directors and NHS Estates.

  • 1998 -1999 - Strategic Asset Management. Nationally run, two day events at various locations across the UK for NHS Estates, in conjunction with Ceri Davies and De Montfort University.

  • 1999 - 2000 - Best Value Seminars. Regionally organised suite of workshops across England for Hefma, HFC and NHS Estates.

  • 1997 - MESOL Learning module. Audio and Video Training. In conjunction with Newcastle and Sheffield University and NHS Estates.
